Michael came out to inspect some capping on a parapet wall, but in the course of discussing our problems (we more than one), he took the time, to not only climb into our attic to investigate potential leaking points, he spent nearly an hour trying to solve our issues. Water entry can be tricky to solve and I was so impressed with not only how friendly and helpful Michael and his co-worker were, when I tried to offer payment for their time- he actually refused it.
